The weekend is loud. Your tools don't have to be.
Athon puts your site, applications, teams, chat, submissions and judging in one calm workspace, in Arabic and English. Set it up in an afternoon and run the whole event without a second tab.
Good evening, Sara.
142 people applied this week. Twelve are waiting on you, and the judges still need a rubric.
Six tools and a WhatsApp group, folded into one.
Most hackathons run on a form, a spreadsheet, a chat server, a shared drive, a mailing list and a group chat that never sleeps. Athon replaces the pile with one workspace that already knows who everyone is.
- A form and a spreadsheetApplications with a review table and a waitlist
- A Discord serverSpaces for chat, docs, boards and files
- Mail merge at 2amAnnouncements that reach phones and inboxes
- Shared drive linksFiles next to the conversation
- A judging spreadsheetA rubric, assignments and live scores
- The WhatsApp groupA help desk mentors can pick up
From the first application to the last award.
Every hackathon moves along the same track. Athon opens and closes each part on time, so you're not the one flipping switches at midnight.
Applications come to you.
Publish a form with your own questions and conditions. Review everyone in one table, accept in bulk and keep a waitlist. Decision emails send themselves.
- Questions with conditional logic
- Capacity and an automatic waitlist
- Bulk accept, decline or waitlist
Your colors on your site. Athon stays in the background.
Every hackathon gets its own address and its own look. Pick any color, your fonts and your corners, and watch the site change as you go. Athon's own screens stay ink and paper, so yours is the color people remember.
Build something Riyadh will talk about.

- Prize pool

Two languages, both first.
Athon was built right-to-left and left-to-right from the first screen. You write each label in both languages once, and every participant reads the one they chose.
- Right-to-left layouts done properly, not flipped at the end
- Every page, form and label in both languages
- Emails, push and certificates follow each person's language
Doors stay open all weekend. Coffee restocks at midnight and 4am.
الأبواب مفتوحة طوال العطلة، والقهوة تتجدد عند منتصف الليل والرابعة فجرًا.
A ranking you can explain.
One judge gives everyone a nine. Another never goes above six. Athon normalizes scores so every judge's scale counts the same, and the ranking reflects the projects instead of who happened to judge them.
- Weighted criteria with clear descriptions
- Each judge gets a queue and big buttons
- Scores arrive live. Winners stay hidden until you reveal them
- 018.4FalconSign-in that works in clinics
- 028.1QahwaLoyalty cards for small cafés
- 037.9SaduWeaving patterns as a UI kit
- 047.2MirsalMessaging that works offline
Things organizers ask us.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan runs one active hackathon with up to 150 participants, with no time limit. Upgrade only when you need more.
How good is the Arabic?
It isn't a translation layer. Every screen was designed for right-to-left from the start, and you can write every label, page and email in both languages.
Can I use my own domain?
Every hackathon gets a free address like yourhack.athon.studio. Pro and Business can connect a domain you own.
Is there an app?
Yes. Participants, judges and organizers get the same workspace on iOS and Android, with push notifications.
Do we still need Discord or Slack?
Usually not. Each hackathon has its own workspace with chat, announcements, docs, boards, files and a help desk.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export applications, submissions and scores whenever you like, and delete everything when you're done.
Your next hackathon could open for applications tonight.
Pick a template, add your colors, share the link. You can change anything later.
